Macfarlane design and build communication systems for contact centres through the development of open systems based computer telephony. They were established in 1987.

Brief

Macfarlane had a successful range of products and services and were building a strong client base. However, they felt they needed a new website that offered a more visually stimulating experience that reflected the cutting edge technology solutions they install for their clients.

Result

Working closely with the Macfarlane team to gain an insight in to their products and services, Glow developed a new site structure and design concept with straightforward navigation and page structures.

Using a black background, with text in either white or red ensures improved stand out and the user experience is clean and crisp. The use of telesystems related photography helps to bring each section to life and can be kept fresh as technology changes.
